Happy Birthday Jonell

Happy Birthday to you
Happy Birthday to you

Happy Birthday to you, dear Jonell
Happy Birthday to you......... and many more.

Just wanted to send you this note and a bouquet of flowers that you could appreciate.

Glaciers National Park

Can you believe the beauty of these flowers? The one below was one I recognized because I used to put it in my May basket that I made for Mom.... that is if I could find one.

This is up at Hidden Lake. It was a good walk up and the view..... well I think it just does not look real. Have you ever seen anything like this????

Glaciers July 21 to 24

Took the hike up to Logan's Pass

Can you see this road.... Thank God we were on a bus. This is very very narrow. I heard from brother Doug that my Uncle Vern (Mom's brother) was the "straw boss" on the building of this road...... I prayed a lot in the bus.. We had a good driver. Thank you, Lord!

One of the beautiful mountains in the Glaciers.

This is at Virginia Creek...... one of our hikes

Here we are at Avalanche Lake. Nice hike in... thank God, Donna & Moe for the poles..... They are great for balance.

Happy Birthday, Caroline

Happy Birthday to you!

In the Rocky Mountains Canada

Peek a Boo... I see you.... Do you see me?

Entering Canada

On the way to Kamloops, Canada

Entering Canada

Rough camping life... soup at Eagle Lake, Canada.

The osprey nest along the road.

on the way to Canada BC

Look at this interesting nest ...... they were along the road on the way to Radium Hot Springs. I found out that it is an osprey fish-hawk. They help with the wetland area near the Purcell and Rocky Mountains. I believe this is a young bird because it was calling for food.

This is me basking in the sun at the hot springs.

Us on the way to the painted pots pools. This is where the Indians would get the red, orange and yellow colors to paint the teepee's.
An interesting sign on the road.... Have not seen this in California.

Here it is ........
Happy Birthday Lynn.
This is us from Eagle Lake on the way to Golden Canada.

Visiting Seattle with friends

Seattle with friends from our China trip... Sonny and Richard.

They showed us the Seattleiets love for the city. They love the city as much as I do San Francisco. It was great seeing them again.

This pix is for Jill if she ever looks on the blog site...... SEATTLE SEA HAWKS

Seattle at its finest....... everwhere flowers

What a breathtaking site.
Do you see Mt. Rainier in the background? Washington and especially Seattle seems to be beauty surrounded by mountains.

Just blackberries in blossom and in beat with the flowers of Seattle.

This was in someones yard.... looks like a plumbago and smoke tree. Oh how Mom loved the smoke tree.

Bee busy at work. No time to play around here.

On the ferry heading over to Bainbridge Island. The sites were spectacular. And the weather spectacular.

Here you can have this bread if you want ....... but just don't touch me!!!!!!

China Town in Seattle

July 5 at home of niece Sarah and Lance

This is Sarah and Lance watching John hitch up the RV. They kept instructing him on how "NOT" to lose another finger tip. It was very funny.

4th of July at Niece Linda Sue & Johnny

Niece Linda Sue and Niece Annie

Brother George

The whole George Bernhard Gang was at niece Linda Sue's for the 4th of July. We had a grand time and did a lot of eating, laughing and playing blokus. I love seeing all the nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews....... of course, also loved talking with my brother and Margaret. We all wished that Elizabeth and family could have been there.... but I hear that they are busy buying a home.
